Spring Asian Canape Package

As a final treat, inspired by the Chinese Garden of Friendship – our featured venue inside this issue – we thought we would combine an Asian-themed menu with a fabulous Indochine cocktail to really get you into the swing of things.

The Asian Canape Package, at $55.00 per person, includes:

• Tiger prawn and green mango rice-flour rolls
• Vegetarian egg omelette, balsamic caramelised onion and avocado rice-flour rolls
• Organic tofu and sauteed shimeji mushroom rice-flour rolls
• Sashimi tuna with fresh herbs and wasabi mayonnaise rice-flour rolls
• Tempura prawn and avocado
• King prawn spring rolls with tail exposed
• Chicken and vegetable spring rolls
• Hong Kong style vegetarian spring rolls
• Traditional Peking duck pancake

Plus a substantial serving of either:

• Vietnamese lemongrass beef or prawn vermicelli salad
• Chilli king prawns with wok-tossed organic buckwheat noodles.

All this, served with a lemongrass and lychee caprioska in a whisky tumbler, with a lychee and lemongrass garnish. Yum.
